 Winter
Dreaming Ceremony & Retreat
January 25-28, 2007 in Santa Cruz, California,

Winter has always been the time of “dreaming”,
of moving into reflection and renewal, for sitting in silence
with the self and others around the fire – quieting
the mind and allowing our deep wisdom and knowing to emerge.
You are invited to a traditional dreaming ceremony in the
tradition of the Medicine Way. This small gathering of 20
persons will take place in a 230 acre redwood forest of Northern
California at Rain Dance Mountain Retreat Center. Three full
days will unfold with a caring balance for both individual
and collective dreaming. Each individual will have their own
private lodging, meditation, and sleeping space. There will
be time in the winter forest for listening to the wisdom of
the Earth. There will be exploration of both “waking”
dreams and “sleeping” dreams. Convened by FireHawk
& Pele Rouge as the next in a series of explorations of
cultivating capacities for wisdom through dreams.
